Alim Bhanji
Group Operations and Business Development Director
Alim serves as the Group Operations and Business Development Director and is responsible for Weld-Con’s business development strategy, sales, marketing and strategic planning for the group. In addition he is responsible for company operations spanning from projects delivery to corporate and growth strategic planning.
Prior to joining Weld-Con in 2012, Alim worked at MAN Diesel & Turbo in Augsburg, Germany in the Power Plant Sales Division as a Sales Engineer. Before this he worked with Equinox in London, UK as a Renewable’s Energy Engineer designing and implementing small scale Hydro and Solar Power plants in Rwanda and Northern Tanzania.
Alim received both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, UK.
